Gallo Ruspo is the light sparkling I.G.P. wine from Emilia Romagna. Made from the lambrusco and barbera grapes it is the famous wine from the area. The producer Poderi Delle Rocche is a collaboration of three small wine farmers who join forces to make better wines. Their vineyards are situated on the hills between the cities of Imola and Dozza with an altitude of over 200 meters. This Lambrusco is made the classical way with a low percentage of alcohol it’s full of freshness and red fruits. The fine mousse and silky taste with a palate of raspberry, strawberry and a touch of violins works perfectly well as appetizer with ham & cheeses or bites. But also with the traditional dishes as tortellini in brodo or gnocco fritto!
