The story of Andalini Pasta goes back to the fifties of the last century when a young couple Andalini and Aleoti found each other at a pasta company. They married and making pasta became a part of their lives. So they started a small artisan pasta workshop in the center of Cento, a city between Ferrara and Bologna called Pastificio Andalini. Over 60 years later Andalini still uses that same philosophy and craftsmanship for making pasta. Their pasta range varies from whole wheat till organic whole spelt by using the best products from the region to create all pasta varieties needed for a tasty meal.
