This soft prosecco is an absolute must. The grape used, the Glera, is harvested between late September and mid-October. The scent is fruity, due to the presence of peach, nectarine and acacia. A subtle bubble makes this a very pleasant wine with an easy character. Very good in combination with fish platters, particularly oysters. Also very suitable as an aperitif. Serve at 6-10 ° C.
