“Galloruspo” is a sparkling Ruby Red IGP produced by a clever blend of grapefruit, grasparossa and barbera lambrusco, vinified through the traditional charmat method.
The view shows a very intense ruby red color with purple and purple reflections; the scent is vinous and definitely fruity with berry feelings (sea, currant, raspberry), strawberry and violets.
On the palate it is initially velvety and then leave room for a sharp freshness and a fine and persistent perlage with a delicious red fruit finish. It is exalted if served with piadina, crescentine, tigelle, salami and boiled meat or grilled. Serve at a temperature of 12 ° -14 ° C.
