This Moscato is obtained in the Euganean Hills (Colli Euganei), a group of hills of volcanic origin, in the Venice region. Where the grapes are handpicked in September. The process is a partial fermentation, then immediately stopped by an intense refrigeration. This manner of production makes that the grape maintains the sweetness and the natural grape scent. This process combined with the very low alcohol percentage (3%) makes the Moscato a very pleasant delicate drink.
