A traditional classic extra virgin olive oil that comes from green and black olives. Produced from October to December in the best areas of Tuscany and Italy, depending on the harvest quality. All the olives are pressed in the Santa Téa Mill using unique methods. The filtered oil is then stored in a protective atmosphere. The olives are processed within 20 hours of picking, it gives off a scent of fresh olives with vegetable notes and sensations of ripe fruit. Ideal for everyday use in salad dressings and grills. Excellent with potato tortelli with herbs. Packaging: 500ml.
