Extra Vergine Biologico 500ml


Santa Téa Olive Oil Mill was built in 1426. The olives are taken to the mill to be pressed as soon as possible. The maximum time interval from harvesting to crushing is 15 hours.
The olives are cold crushed to obtain pure oil, without altering the natural flavour contained in each olive.
Each bottle is filled in the absence of oxygen and individually controlled by an operator.
