It is a great cut cheese, great to serve as cubed apricots as an aperitif or at the end of the meal. Its light taste makes it appreciable to consumers of all ages. For consumption by children in weaning age, however, it is advisable to prefer a more advanced aging, such as 30 months, due to the characteristics that make it more digestible and allow better assimilation of nutritional principles.
