The first and original Fior of Salt at “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.” produced by following a family recipe. For this specialty we chose only the best handmade salt from Trapani from the Ancient Saline Nubia (Presidio Slow Food). A meeting between North and South Italy that satisfies the most demanding palates!
Ingredients: 90% Sea Salt Ancients Saline Nubia of Trapani (Presidio Slow Food), 10% “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP” (steamed butter, vinegar). Allergens: Contains Sulphites.
HOW TO USE: Suitable for seasoning salads, vegetables or finishing grilled meats. I also recommend trying it in combination with Oil and Vinegar in tasting of pinzimony.
