Risotto is a very popular dish all over Italy and today we want to match it with two of our best regional products such as Salsiccia and Lambrusco.
The “Vendemmia” (Grapes picking season) starts between september and october and there is no better way to celebrate it than cook a simple but very tasty meal!
ingredients for 2 pax
- 1 Red Onion
- 40g Butter
- 180g Fresh Bolognese Salsiccia
- 180g Vialone Nano Rice
- 1 Branch of Rosemary
- 200ml Lambrusco Wine
- 700ml Vegetable Stock
- 50gr Parmigiano Reggiano
- 2 Spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
