The Cooperative Agritur is based in Lizzano in Belvedere, in the province of Bologna within the Corno alle Scale Regional Park. It is an agricultural company founded in 1989 by a group of boys driven by a strong love and interest, both for its territory and for the products and all the natural resources it offers, animated by the desire to invent a job that would give they have the opportunity to stay in these uncontaminated places.
The coffin of the Cooperativa Agritur is the wild black cranberry (Vaccinium Myrtillus), which grows spontaneously in the algae and alpine areas between 1000 and 1800 meters s.l.m.
Much of the organic production of Cooperativa Agritur comes from this small and precious fruit also called “Black Gold of the Apennines” for its many beneficial properties, whose work has made the Cooperative in 2016 to win the first qualitative award by the Gnocco D’Oro Brotherhood as the best cranberry jam.
Among the products of Cooperativa Agritur, certainly stands out the line of organic compositions TOPBIO, the top of the biological compositions that can be found on the market.
In this line, in fact:

– It only contains fruit sugars
– It does not use any kind of thickener
– The fruit is supplied to Cooperativa Agritur exclusively by the members themselves, making the production chain as short as possible.
